Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 25, 2026
These Terms govern the MuoyApp mobile app, website, APIs, and related services provided by David Sok. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms. Read the Privacy Policy for how information is handled. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
1. Eligibility and Authority
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use MuoyApp. If you use MuoyApp for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. The organization is responsible for all activity by its administrators, employees, contractors, and invited users.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep it current, and notify MuoyApp promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. MuoyApp may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect users, data, or the platform.
3. Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of employee, organization, attendance, payroll, scheduling, messaging, document, and other business data submitted to MuoyApp. You grant MuoyApp the limited right to host, process, transmit, display, and back up Customer Data as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the services. You are responsible for obtaining any required notices, permissions, or consents from employees and other users whose data is submitted to MuoyApp.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not post, upload, send, or share nudity, sexually explicit content, graphic violence, child sexual abuse or exploitation material, threats, harassment, hate speech, or other unlawful or abusive content through MuoyApp. This applies to posts, comments, messages, profile information, and attachments, including private and organization conversations. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual property rights, or provide data without authority. Report prohibited content or abusive users to support@saambok.com with the relevant content reference; do not forward illegal images or sensitive credentials. MuoyApp may investigate reports, remove prohibited content, and restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Taxes
Paid plans, usage limits, billing periods, renewal terms, prices, taxes, and cancellation instructions are disclosed before purchase in the applicable checkout or order form. Cancel subscriptions through the provider that bills you; deleting a MuoyApp account does not by itself cancel a store-managed subscription. Refunds are subject to applicable law and the billing provider's rules, including Google Play or Apple where applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or store-provided refund rights.
6. Service Availability and Changes
We work to keep MuoyApp reliable and secure, but the services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party providers, or events outside our control. We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. Material changes will be handled with reasonable care.
7. Third-Party Services
MuoyApp uses services for hosting, authentication, notifications, email, maps, and payments. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. We remain responsible for the providers we integrate and require protection of shared personal data consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable platform requirements. Independently selected external services may also have their own terms; those terms do not remove our responsibilities for MuoyApp's data handling.
8. Intellectual Property
MuoyApp and its software, designs, logos, workflows, documentation, and other platform materials are owned by MuoyApp or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of MuoyApp intellectual property. Customers may use MuoyApp only as permitted by these Terms and the applicable subscription.
9. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party agrees to protect confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for purposes related to the services, unless disclosure is required by law.
10. Compliance
Customers are responsible for using MuoyApp in compliance with applicable employment, payroll, privacy, tax, recordkeeping, labor, and data protection laws. MuoyApp provides software tools and does not provide legal, tax, payroll, accounting, or employment advice.
11. Disclaimers
MuoyApp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuoyApp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. MuoyApp's aggregate liability for claims related to the services will not exceed the amounts paid by the customer to MuoyApp for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using MuoyApp at any time. MuoyApp may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, create security risk, or use the services unlawfully. After termination, access to the services may end, but provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
14. Account deletion and organization records
You may request account deletion in account settings or on our public account-deletion page. Identity verification is required. The cancellation period and scheduled date are shown in the deletion flow; the default period is seven days and may be configured differently for new requests. Deleting a creator's account also deletes organizations they created and their workspace data, including other members' records. Organizations they only joined remain, including organization-managed employment records, messages, and attachments. Review the consequences before confirming. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details. Account deletion is different from leaving an organization or cancelling a subscription.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide notice through the service or another reasonable method. Continued use of MuoyApp after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Contact
MuoyApp is operated by David Sok. Contact support@saambok.com for support, privacy questions, complaints, or requests about these Terms. Include only the information needed to describe your request; never send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card credentials.
